How do I order online?
Ordering is Easy and Risk Free! At least that's the way we intend it to be... MAFPSA is committed to delivering a shopping experience that is enjoyable, and will keep you coming back often.
*Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
*If for some reason the stock is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a satisfactory resolution.
1. You can place your order online by simply adding the items you would like to your shopping cart, once you have added all your items click 'view cart', check your order and then click 'check out'.
2. You will be able to fill in your delivery address and add any extra notes in the comments box.
3. Then click submit your order.
How do I make Payment?
4. Payment can be made by Credit Card. You can complete your order & payment online. We use SSL technology for our Checkout process to ensure your peace of mind.
• Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for MAFPSA by Sage Pay, who are the approved gateway for Nedbank of South Africa. Upon Checkout you will be redirected to the Sage Pay page which is secured via SSL technology. We only accept South African credit cards that are endorsed by Visa or Mastercard. Due to the high-level of fraud, we do not accept Foreign credit cards. Customer details are stored separately from card details which are entered by the customer on the Sage Pay website.
How long does processing & delivery take?
Normally between 1 or 2 weeks after receipt of order and payment. To track the progress of your parcel kindly phone the office for your track number and trace number. Courier services also available.
Please note: Due to slow delivery of post from time to time you can have your package couriered.

Returns & Replacements
We will gladly do an Exchange on product due to Shipping errors.
The merchandise must be returned in original condition for resale, unless it's defective.

Where can I buy the original paintings?
The paintings can be viewed on our online gallery, at our office or at art exhibitions held from time to time.
